Internal information system

ARAGOGAMMA has proceeded to implement an internal information system in
accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report
on regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, with the purpose of that any direct
member (administrators, employees, professionals and managers) or related (collaborators or
suppliers) can communicate any indication or suspicion of committing conduct that may
involve:

• Failure to comply with applicable regulations, protocols, procedures and internal controls.
• Commission of facts that do not conform to ethical principles and good business practices
• Commission of acts that may be criminal.
